Cheese Balls Recipe
Need alternatives to basic dip? Try these tasty cheese balls at your next holiday get-together. They're easy to make and you can freeze them until the day of your party. Serve with your favorite crackers.
- 2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
- 1 - 8 1/4 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
Soften cream cheese in bowl. Stir in pineapple, 1 c. pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill in fridge. Form into 2 balls and roll in remaining pecans. Chill until ready to serve.
