Jello Pudding Cake

This cake is great to make any time of the year. You can vary the color/flavor of jello and add food coloring to the topping to compliment any holiday. It's easy to make and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pkg. white cake mix

1 pkg. strawberry Jello

1 lrg. pkg. (or 2 small pkgs.) of vanilla pudding mix

1 lrg. container of Cool Whip

Mix and bake white cake according to directions. While cake is still hot, use the bottom of a wooden spoon (or fork) to poke holes in it.

Dissolve the Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Pour over cake, completely covering it. Let cool.

Make vanilla pudding according to directions. Mix with whipped topping. Pour over jello layer and refrigerate.
