This is a simple recipe for two servings of egg nog for Christmas and the holiday season. Be sure to refrigerate any leftovers promptly. Recipe Ingredients 1 egg 4 Tbsp. sugar 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg Directions Put the egg in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Add the milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat mixture until blended. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top. Chill & serve. Double the recipe for more servings. To add more flavor, you can add cinnamon, rum, whipped cream, or grated chocolate. |
