If you're looking for a creative way to serve cranberries for the holidays this year, look no further. This is a simple fruit recipe that's almost just as easy as making Jello, with a few extra ingredients. Not only is it delicious, it's very colorful and pleasing to the eye. Ingredients 1 pkg. raspberry Jello 1 pkg. strawberry Jello 1 cup sugar 2 cups of boiling water 2 cups of ground cranberries 2 cups of diced apples 1 cup of shredded coconut 1 cup of walnuts, chopped Directions Bring water to a boil. Add in Jello and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Chill in the refrigerator until slightly firm. Add in the remaining ingredients and pour into a mold or pan. Chill until completely set. |
