Need alternatives to basic dip? Serve these tasty cheese balls at your next holiday get-together. They're easy to make and you can freeze them until the day of your party. Recipe Ingredients 2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese 1 - 8 1/4 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 2 Tbsp. chopped. onion 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt Directions Soften cream cheese in bowl. Stir in pineapple, 1 c. pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill in fridge. Form into 2 balls and roll in remaining pecans. Chill until ready to serve. |
